Dr. Richard Westreich is the originator of foundation rhinoplasy, a method of evaluating and correcting nasal anatomy that recognizes that the stablility of the rigid structures of the nose predicts outcomes. He is the author of numerous academic publications. He is the Director of Facial Plastic Surgery at SUNY Downstate in New York, and has several office locations.
